Eco Friendly Scottish Shortbread. The latest gourmet green gift in the Isca series.

2lbs of organic buttery, brown-sugar-sweet rustic melt-in-your-mouth shortbread. This short bread is mixed by hand, baked in a pan (to maintain moistness) and cut into squares just like Granny Logan did it 100 years ago. Delicious caramel sweetness in every bite.

The box is 100%  biodegradable and better than that... Once the treats are gone the seed paper box can be placed in your flower beds or flower pots covered with a light layer of soil and watered. Wild flowers will abundantly bloom!! The flowers are a reminder of your thoughtful gesture for months to come.

The treats are wrapped in recycled tissue placed with care and tied with a twine bow and a snip of greens.
